Is there any special setup that needs to be done in order to get roaming
users (pop-before-smtp) working with the Courier daemons? I have vpopmail
configured with --enable-roaming-users=y, and have created
~vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp, per the documentation, but the file is not being
updated as people log in. ~vpopmail/etc and it's contents are owned by
vpopmail:vchkpw, and the permissions seem to be correct, but I am stumped.
I also noticed that when trying to use MySQL support, the table that should
contain the lastauth information does not show up, although the vpopmail
database is created as expected. I'm using vpopmail 4.9.9 (tried 4.9.8 as
well) with Courier-IMAP 1.3.6, on Debian GNU/Linux 2.2. Any thoughts?
