Did you read README.mysql?
There are some things you need to do.
o. Add a mysql user so that vpopmail can talk to mysql.
You will also need to edit vmysql.h to reflect these changes.
o. Use the vconvert program to convert your existing cdb domains to mysql
Read README.mysql in the vpopmail source directory.
