Sending Problems

Ok, Im running into a little problem now. 

Yesterday, I was allotted more IP addresses, and I began moving some of my 
workstations out of 192.168.1 addresses to real IP addresses. 

Now the mail server is denying mail that I send out from one of the new IP 
addresses saying "Sorry that domain isnt allowed in my rcpthosts" 

I tried adding the IP addresses/domains to the rcpthosts files, b ut that 
didnt solve it. 

Where do I need to add in the informaiton in order to be able to send out 
mail.
