An xslt lib, some got integrated XML parsers, others rely on external xml libs. I found the Gnome libxml/libxslt from xmlsoft.org to be pretty good and currently use it for an inhouse project, both are LGPL. That was, BTW, the reason why I proposed an XML mode: I think it shouldn't be a must to use the XML stuff but instead a compile time switch between native HTML and XML output which then of course needs some sort of XSLT lib to be of use...
