Make sure the LIBRARY_PATH includes the directory where zlib resides or include it in /etc/ld.cache.conf

zlib is installed!

[root@email vpopmail-5.2.1]# rpm -q zlib
zlib-1.1.3-25.7

The libmysqlclient is in the /usr/lib/mysql
