[vchkpw] qmail problem

hello all
       i am still facing a problem of sending mail to remote site.
what i do to send mail to outside site not local.
like to yahoo or someother worlwide domain.
when i enter any domain in rcpthost it will work.
but i want that user can send mail to any rcpthost.
But i found always error when i send mail

that domain is not my list of valid rcpthosts.

so what changes i do to set it as to send mail to all domains .
