[vchkpw] why create user in mydomains/0/ folder

Hi, all,

The version of vpopmail is 4.9.8. 
after my new email account was created, I can't recieve email,
and I found that the user email folder is not in the /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/
but int the /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/0/.
Who know the reason and the solution? Could you tell me?
