Are you sure you are using the correct configure command?

vpopmail is telling you you should be using "--enable-inc-dir"

Looking at a "configure --help", I dont see
"--enable-sqlincdir" or "--enable-sqllibdir"
as being available/valid options.

Maybe take a look at my vpopmail w/mysql guide at
http://www.pipeline.com.au/staff/mbowe/isp/vpopmail-mysql.htm
to see if that gives you any help
