I have a minor change request for future releases: Could a flag be added to remove the permission/ownership fixing at the end, or at least add a prompt that allows one to opt-out? I recently reinstall 5.3.20 due to a weird permission issue and I have other files stored in /home/vpopmail/domains than just my vpopmail domains (it's an NFS mount, so a good place for joining logs, etc.). The file/directory ownership/permission changes hosed that stuff, which took me a while to then sort out.
