I did realize, whatever the postmaster account quota is users that are
created based on this template.  I'm assuming the number 0 doesn't apply to
mean unlimited quota.  I did find the answer or you can set the vpasswd
setting for the user to NOQUOTA.  Thanks for the direction.  BTW -
