The only advice I have had so far is a request for the output of  ls -la
/home/vpopmail/domains which is in this post.

that is without the "/domain" on the end

Okay, so you are running the command vadddomain as root, and it says permission errors, when your permissions look just fine. Did you try tarring up your domains directory, removing it and then recreating it with 700 permissions, and then trying again?
