How can I make this tool communicate to the remote vpopmail server and manage the existent users and domains?
Take a look at QmailAdmin <http://qmailadmin.sf.net/>. It's a tool that postmasters can use to manage the accounts in a domain. You'll still need to use vqadmin to add/delete the domains.
