[vchkpw] how to enable CHKUSER_SENDER_MX check

Hi guys,

How to enable chkuser to do the CHKUSER_SENDER_MX check?
I understood that this option is "undefined"... I don't undersant much about C. 
Do I have to edit some makefile and stuff?
