No, they don't need to share VALIAS config with main vpopmail.  The leftover
ifdefs in vdelivermail and dotqmail2valias were oversights.

I've updated the 5.5 tree in Subversion with the required changes, and I'll
release a new 5.5 tarball tomorrow.

The 5.5 branch's main configure script no longer accepts --enable-valias.
Only backend modules implementing a native valias support this: MySQL, 
PostgreSQL,
OpenLDAP, and Oracle.
