RAT (http://incubator.apache.org/projects/rat.html) reports the following files are missing apache source license header (or other compatible licenses). Assuming the files are AL v2 licensed, they should be marked appropriately. Alternately licensed materials (e.g. MIT, etc) should not be altered (unless they've been altered to the extent that they are no longer MIT licensed, which is unlikely).
