sure, here it is for intrepid :)

Install essential packages :

apt-get install linux-headers-2.6.27-9 linux-headers-2.6.27-9-generic
build-essential libncurses5-dev mercurial

Get v4l-dvb source :
cd /usr/src
hg clone http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb/

Confiugre the v4l-dvb sources :
cd v4l-dvb
make menuconfig  ( yust select the first selection in the main menu )

Compile the drivers :
make

Backup in kernel drivers :
cp -r /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/media ../media.backup

Remove in kernel drivers :
rm -rf /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/media

Install v4l-dvb drivers :
make install
