Yaniv, it was done as an external instead of a cli command because this script 
is the one that Douglas created some time ago and had some modifications on it 
to make it work since the initial release for 2.1. The idea is to make this 
working upstream as a last-resouce to use in the event of a disaster with the 
management console.
