yes, I can see now, I thought this is a service. it is a directory per node 
with startup mode, service will go up only if root is iscsi or one of the nodes 
is in automatic startup (or there is somekind of discover option).

well, this is probably only sysv issue as it has no post start activation, but 
please checkout our state in systemd [at least], I see iscsi does listen to 
activation socket.
