I wouldn't necessarily consider different class of tasks in one pool.

why is libvirt connection pool a thing we need? I actually don't think it is a 
solution to push out the problem to libvirt. Eventually this leads to the 
current state.

The basic assumption/motivation is that we have tasks which can't be cancelled 
and we want to quarantine them.
