With this patch, testGetNonExistantBridgeInfo succeeds again when running 'make
check' as a regular user.
Previously, the test failed in netinfo._getAllDefaultBondingOptions with
RuntimeError: ('Creating a reference bond failed', 'sudo: a password is
required') when running '/usr/bin/sudo -n /usr/bin/tee
/sys/class/net/bonding_masters'.
