Resolution: Won't Fix
This was a conscious choice made due to the fact that the xdoc had not kept
pace with the development of the tools. As such, the javadocs (which do
contain much added content to the basic javadoc stuff) are a much better
resource.
Unless/until you (or me or someone else) updates the DateTool xdoc, we won't be
using it.
