That notes DVSL doesn't appear to work with upcoming Velocity 1.5
release. Possibly this is now working since we've fixed a few
backwards-compatibily bugs in Velocity core.
I was planning on diving into this at some point, but I'm not enthused
about supporting something I've never used.
