The services to be provided by the Vignette SME are to evaluate the performance and configuration of Vignette, and to work closely with an enterprise architect to troubleshoot the performance issues and provide recommendations. Because of this potential broader scope of performance issues to be covered, if this resource has some of these skills (e.g. network, database, or server performance), this would be considered a plus.
