Title : Peoplesoft Sr. Systems Analyst Location : Pittsburgh, PA Duration : Full Time Position Rate : Open *Will look at US Citizen, green cards and EAD Only. * Qualifications Position Description Summary: Senior Systems Analyst PeopleSoft 8.8 HCM/HRMS application software designer and developer with intermediate level experience. The analyst must be able to leverage PeopleSoft integration technologies, understand PeopleSoft security, SQR and online reports using Query/Crystal. Functional Knowledge of the process flow for PeopleSoft 8.8 HCM and an understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database are preferred. The analyst is responsible for design, development, rollout and support for PeopleSoft applications/modules. Will provide high quality and timely production support of the PeopleSoft 8.8 applications for the mission critical Contractor/Driver Administration Settlement (CDAS). Education - Mandatory Requirement: BS/BA degree in math, engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience Education - Preferred Requirement: BS IT/MIS degree Considered Equivalent Related Experience: 4+ years PeopleSoft experience Minimum year(s) of experience in the following areas: Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience developing, testing and supporting PeopleSoft 8.8 HCM or HRMS applications (specifically Human Resources, Base Benefits, Payroll). Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, People Tools 8.4+ / PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Integration Tools experience (Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Workflow), UNIX environment including scriptwriting and SQR development in an Oracle environment using SQL-PL/SQL is preferred. Work Related Skills: PeopleSoft integration technologies including Application Engine and Component Interfaces Application Designer tools including PeopleCode and Component / Page development PeopleSoft Security Functional Knowledge of the process flow for PeopleSoft 8.8 HCM and an understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database are preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and strong ability to perform as part of a team. .
