1. Implementation of Core HR (Currently at CRP2 stage and needs to be
taken to completion)
a. Employee data worldwide
b. Evaluation and Implementation of PTO process for US and India
c. Jobs/Contracts mapping
d. Approval mechanism for business Processes for New Hire, Salary
change & Termination.
2. Security of HR application based on geography
3. Implement benefits module (Various benefits mapping)
4. Self Service Modules (SSHR &MSservice)
5. Knowledge of interfaces (ADP, Benefits) - More from a functional
stand point.
6. Data conversion - More from a functional stand point.

Duration: 4months extendable
