1.      Lotus Notes/Domino Applicaton deployment and adminsitration             
2.      Customer Service Skills                 
3.      Well developed troubleshooting and problem resolution skills            
Job Requirements: A combination of education, training, and experience to gain 
Knowledge and skills generally equivalent to those                      
typically possessed by a college graduate. Typically possesses lwp to five 
years 
of Lotus Notes Domino application migration and                         
administration. Demonstrated experience supportfng a multiple platforms 
Primarily 
Windows XP and Unix, preferably AIX.                    
Demonstrated knowledge of Lotus Notes 6.5 or higher. Demonstrated knowledge of 
isolating, analyzing, and developing 'Nork arounds                      
or resoltions to Lotus Notes and Domino applicaition problems. Knowledge of 
networking, 
printing, and password issues. Basic                    
knowledge of Ethernet, Tivoli Remote Control, and TCP/IP, Must have strong oral 
and written communication skills, and be customer                       
focused to listen and understand, then appropriately respond to customers' 
business 
needs. Must demonstrate the ability to interface                        
effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop 
solutions 
and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Must have                        
demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written 
communications, 
including Email, chat and Problem Resolution                    
documentations. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make 
sound decisions. Must demonstrate the ability to                        
take initiative and accept accountability for achieving results. Demonstrated 
experience in working well under pressure and keeping u'p                       
with rapidly changing technology; business environment, and 
departmental/corporate 
goals and projects. Flexibility in working various                      
shifts (6am to 6pm coverage) and occasional work outside of ~ormal shifts is 
required. A demonstrated curiosity for identifying                      
technical solutlcns and demonstrated patience when multiple attempts are 
required. 
                        
Typical Responsibilities: Migrating in-developed Lotus NtesfDomino applicatoins 
from development, through tast and into production.                     
The'specialist Is responsible for prompt, professional, and courteous 
interaction 
with developers and clients, Typical responsibilities will                      
Include: customer service phone work; using Peregrine trouble tracking software 
(Service Center); using Tivoli's Remote Control agent,                  
using knowledge base (Get Answers); confirming an accurate and complete 
description 
of the client's problem; analyzing the client's                         
problem using the standard troubleshooting techniques along with IT'ssolutions 
knowledge base, and IBM Lotus documentation:                    
meeting daily, monthly and yearly goals and service levels regarding call 
statistics 
and' trouble tickets;.fixing client problems, testing the                       
solution. and Obtaining client confirmation of the fix; updating trouble 
tickets 
to demonstrate completeness and accuracy that Includes a                        
description of their attempts to resolve the client's problem when a resolution 
Is not possible over the phone: and performing other                    
duUes ar.d responsibilities as assigned.
