Location: San Jose,CA Duration: 6 months Senior Business Analyst with Cisco Services Exp. · Perform analyses of existing service pricing strategies and processes. Work with Service Marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand the requirements for resolving current process pain points and supporting future pricing capabilities. Provide pertinent analysis in support of new business capabilities and new business models. Write Business Requirements for pricing tools and processes. Identify, document and improve operational business processes. · Work with IT partners and other business partners in developing a solution that would meet the business requirements. Work with other cross-functional teams to implement new business processes. Strong record of executing process and systems re-engineering. · Write test scenarios and perform business acceptance testing to verify that all the business requirements are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in testing. · Work with Change Management and other teams to develop documentations, process changes and training materials. · Provide supports for operation tasks includes operational set up of new service programs, service project solutioning ,service price changes and case managements. · Work under limited supervision. Solid understanding of business process and requirements. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to multi-task and prioritize. Must understand business needs and communicate effectively with Business partners. Good process and analytical skills; and ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions including process improvements. Ensures commitments and deliverables are met. · Require five years in business analysis, plus two years experience in process re-engineering/management.
