Experience in writing use cases, functional specifications document, test cases, etc. Data analysis experience (writing SQLs etc.). Experience in working with Subject Matter Experts and re-engineering business process. Thorough knowledge of specific function within IT (Sourcing, Planning, Demand Management, ECM, PLS, Quality, etc.) Experience 5+ years experience on Reverse Logistics.
