Job Title : Sr. Java lead Developer
Location : Austin, TX
Duration : 6-12 months
Rate : Open
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will be a lead developer working closely with the Technical lead &
Database developer responsible for designing & developing the technical
deliverables for the project within the scope and timeframe as planned by
PM.
- Involved in JAD sessions & collaborative development sessions
- Work in conjunction with rest of project team (Reqs, QA, Infrastructure
and Ops lead)
- Review detailed requirements documents and understand the specifications.
Involved in technical reviews and peer reviews.
- Produce Software design documents, Interface specifications, technical
documents and/or conceptual model or page flows
- Employ coding best practices as directed by Technical manager
- Fix defects and resolve technical issues related to the system
requirements
- Develop code that meets or exceeds the desired quality
- Provide task and progress updates to the PM and Technical manager on a
weekly basis
- Attend weekly status meeting
- Prepare code and deployment packages for code build out. Deploy code
packages to test environment.
