Immediate Need: Sr.Java Developer,Bay Area,CA.,6+ months.
8+ years of Object-Oriented programming experience in Java
· Extensive experience with SOA implementation
· Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design
patterns and methodologies
· Expertise in both client side and server side technology
stacks in a J2EE setting.
· Extensive experience in applying open source technologies
such as Struts,Spring,
Hibernate,etc
· Extensive experience with Web Service technologies such as
Apache Axis, SOAP and WSDL
· Familiar with source code control and versioning concepts
· Knowledge of RDBMS systems (Oracle) and an understanding of
data structures, data normalization, and query performance
considerations
· Familiar with SQL (PL/SQL a plus)
· Familiar with Linux
· Experience with one or more Web 2.0 technologies (e.g,
AJAX,
Flex,DOJO,ExtJS)
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing team
environment and meet tight deadlines.
· Experience using one or more web servers and Java EE
application servers
· Strong business and technical writing, and verbal
communication skills.
· Ability to understand business problems, and be creative
with strong problem solving abilities.
· Ability to quickly pickup new technologies, provide
critical
analysis and apply to the ongoing projects if needed
· Ability to take project ownership and multi task
effectively.
· Quick learner and strong team player
· Prefer prior experience in Networking domain.
