This XAML developer must be extremely professional, have great communication skills, and be very collaborative. He/she will take part in the analysis of the current XAML codebase and make recommendations for WPF and Silverlight compatibility. This developer will also be responsible for the production of the XAML code to the specification of the visual designer. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for analyzing the wireframe/documentation to determine what parts of the screen are simple vs complex controls. This candidate will work closely with the software engineers to agree on the UI or relevant controls as well as the field and data types of the ViewModel.
