* Title: Oracle EBS/E-Business Consultant* * Location: CA-Santa Clara (LOCALS Highly Preferred)* * Start date: ASAP* * Duration: 3-4 Months Contract with Extension* * Responsibilities: * *Qualifications:* * 1) A degree in Computer Science/IT/MIS/CIS or related feild. 2) At least 5 years of experience in Oracle E-business Suite Administration (11i) on Solaris. 3) Strong Oracle Database Administration( 10g, 11g) experience on Solaris/Linux and windows operating systems 4) Thorough knowledge of the Oracle Applications Framework, architecture, and technology stack and application cloning methodology. 5) Experience in installation, Patching, configuration and support of 24/7 production databases. 6) Experience with Oracle Discoverer (10g) Deployment and upgrades 7) Experience in Hot/cold backup mechanisms using Netapps storage and snapshot clone concepts. 8) Experience in configuring high availability environments using Oracle Data guard and recovery procedures.
