ITIL Process Design - Develop Process definition plan in line with the Master Transition plan. Design and document the Processes and document them as Execution Process Documents (EPDs). Required Skill(s) Consulting (L1) , Infra Consulting (L1) Essential Skill(s) ITIL Process Ops (L1) Additional Skill(s) Production Processes (L1) , Process Definition (L1) , ITIL Documentation (L1) , ITIL Change Mgmt. (L2) Additional Skills: Skill1 - Consulting (L1) Effective communication skills, good articulation, ability to derive, understand, analyze business requirements. Good technology breadth of service lines Skill2 - Process Definition (L1) Pre-requisite Should have good knowledge across process engineering Should beable to come up with AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams Exposure to various design patterns.
