7+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in Autosys, CA
workload automation tools Must have hands-on experience in Tivoli WS, BMC
Control M tools Ideal candidate should have background in System
Administration, Unix Scripting and have Automation Experience Must have
experience in software packaging, deployment and process automation skills
for Unix/Linux environments Experience with networking concepts such as
LDAP, SSH/SSL, VPN, NIS, NFS, UNIX Security Software, DNS, SMTP,
ACL/Firewall Control, Load Balancer and distributed storage solution
Scripting Languages - Python, Perl, Ruby, Unix Shell Scripting Excellent
debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills Able to gather
cross-functional requirements and translate them into practical engineering
tasks

Should have used HPOVor equivalent tool, Should have worked on Remedy or
equivalent tool, Working knowledge on Autosys Batch Scheduling Tool, Good
Oral & Written communication. Scheduling jobs using Autosys in staging and
development instances.



Skill2 - TIS Service Desk (L1)

Knows to use Ticketing and Monitoring tool, concept of queues, creation of
ticket, modification/updating tickets, assigning tickets to various
resolver groups, eliciting CSATs, Monitoring of alert logs, scheduled jobs,
backup jobs. Should be able to do carry out preliminary analysis of
alerts/incidents and service requests with assistance from seniors. Should
demonstrate an effective usage of knowledge base in improving FCR and the
response time. Should be aware on the Service desk metrics (SLAs), tracking
and reporting  of the same. Should have exposure in handling interactions
with customer direct and score better CSATs.
