This .Net 1.1 application utilizing Crystal Reports version 10 is an in-house developed application. It is being upgraded to improve business processes through enhanced functionality as well as incorporating other EH&S applications. The application will utilize .Net 4.5 and SQL Server 2012 as the database. The Crystal Reports will be replaced by Telerik reports. The selected contractor will need to get a working knowledge of the current application, follow the SDLC process , understand the business requirements, assist in the design and build of the new application, test and implement the final solution. He or she will also be required to participate in user requirement and regular status meetings as well as presentations to management.* *Skills & Requirements* *The following are the requirements for a programmer analyst.
