*Job Description:*
* Participate in a team of engineers involved in testing and automating the
testing of a software-based system. Test automation and regression testing
is a key responsibility and experience with test automation frameworks and
tools is required Ability to work in a dynamic environment with urgent
schedules Experience with testing security products/solutions and quality
of service in data networks a plus The ideal candidate is one who thrives
is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys working closely with other
engineers to meet urgent and important deadlines. The ideal candidate is
experienced in developing software for automated testing of complex,
software-based systems and is familiar with data networks and protocols.
Familiarity with network security a plus. Expertise in writing code in
Python is a requirement. Ability to design and build test automation with
maximum code reuse, creating new modules and libraries for test automation,
is also important. *
* Job Requirements:*
* Bachelor or Master Degree in CS/EE, or equivalent experience is required.
Prefer 3-7 years of experience as a software automation Engineer. Strong
coding skills with emphasis on **writing modular and scalable code in
Python with an ability to work independently*
* in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Ability to develop automated
scripts and environments to facilitate thorough code coverage. Ability to
function effectively in an agile environment, implement testing on the fly
and maximize results based on work-in-progress documentation. Excellent
teamwork and communication skills. Ability to take ownership of issues and
drive resolution and conclusions *
