Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of experience in testing and at least 3 years in mobile.** Candidates must have basic knowledge of computer development software, such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc. Must also have experience testing mobile content and testing with Android and Apple tablets. Candidates must have experience with cross browser testing (Chrome, IE, etc.)* *The main function of a QA test analyst is to develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. The analyst is responsible for identification of f test conditions and test case development. A typical QA Test Analyst has a Bachelor degree in computer engineering or computer science with previous experience in software testing. As the levels progress, the years’ experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4. The technical skills, including the ability to design software or customize software for client use, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 5. * *Education/Experience* * o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required o 5-7 years’ experience required **Responsibility level* * o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor * *Skills * * • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
