The candidate must have self-actualized leadership to deliver and contribute his or her technical expertise to meet development goals and milestones. He or she must also strive for being first-class in technical leadership, execution and implementation. Passions, commitment, rapid delivery, dependability, persistence in finding answers to problems, and the ability to deal with ambiguities through iterative refinement of one's work over time are essential to succeed in this position.
