US Citizen is ideal but not mandatory. ***HR modules 9.2- strongly are looking to have someone that has utilized this.* *Peoplesoft HCM Developer, Direct Hire* As a Peoplesoft HCM Developer you will maintain, enhance, and support the organization’s PeopleSoft HR/Payroll and Finance environments and applications. *Along with upgrading HR Modules to 9.2.* *Responsibilities*: Provides full life cycle support for all PeopleSoft modules and services. Develops and supports customizations to PeopleSoft. Writes and modifies documentation for PeopleSoft customizations and fixes. Works with IT managers to identify and integrate PeopleSoft with other Enterprise Applications. Works with business owners to identify and develop appropriate PeopleSoft customizations and fixes. Analyzes the PeopleSoft environment and recommends proactive changes to meet emerging IT and business owner goals. Uses and recommends PeopleSoft preferred reporting and development tools, and regularly briefs IT and business owners on application performance. Ensures security of the Enterprise Architecture by developing and communicating security standards for all PeopleSoft applications. *Requirements*: Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology preferred. At least 4 years PeopleTools 8.5x experience (8.53 preferred) supporting HCM (9.0+) modules *(HCM 9.2 preferred). * 4 years PeopleTools 8.4x experience (8.49 preferred) supporting PeopleSoft Finance (8.8+) is a strong + Must have excellent PeopleCode analysis and troubleshooting skills. At least 4 years PeopleSoft support, upgrade, or implementation experience. At least 4 years of experience with evaluating and troubleshooting fixes and maintenance packs. At least 3 years of experience utilizing Change Assistant to download and apply updates. Ability to resolve issues through PeopleSoft Customer Connection Experience with Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Excel to CI, Integration Broker, nVision, Query, Crystal Reports, Portal Development, SQL Server Strong analytical and conceptual skills Solid understanding of dependent web and database technologies PeopleTools 8.53x, Change Assistant, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Excel to CI, Integration Broker, SQR, nVision, Query, Crystal Reports, SQL Server 2008 R2 Peoplesoft certification preferred.
