*Position :- Exchange Admin with Active DirectoryLocation :- Atlanta, GADuration :- 12+ MonthJob Description:* Associate’s degree (2-year degree) in information technology, computer science, or related degree and/or equivalent experience. 3-5 years’ experience supporting systems software and hardware technologies. Able to successfully handle multiple assignments concurrently. Able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Able to follow technical methods and standards Analytic Approach to problem solving Active Directory account management Good Experience of configuring and supporting mobile devices Strong knowledge level of 3 of these technologies: Operating Systems: Windows /MS Office/Imaging/Active Directory Hardware Technologies: IBM/Lenovo/Dell/HP Personal Computers Software Technologies: LDAP, Active Directory, Altiris, Windows Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Administering VMware and Vcenter -We use VM computers in place of Desktops/Laptops or as secondary machines. Need to have some VM experience. Responsibility for the end user systems within the Corporate environments -END User meaning customers (our customers are internal employees and contractors) Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Microsoft products-Office 2010 / Office 365, (word, excel, powerpoint, Outlook, project, Visio etc.) Administering VMware and Vcenter -We use VM computers in place of Desktops/Laptops or as secondary machines. Need to have some VM experience. Configuring and support of mobile devices-Blackberry’s , iPhone, Androids etc. System Administration, BAU support - Active Directory experience building User Account, Distribution lists. Perform complex troubleshooting and analysis to determine ways to improve a system’s reliability, scalability, availability and performance. - say experienced at resolving technical issues as related to computer hardware. Participate in team meetings and express ideas and concern. Perform 24 x 7 On Call Support for corporate system Comply with all internal procedures, conform to TTO and external standards such as Sarbanes Oxley Asset management - maintain, document and asset track all IT hardware as it relates to EUS Level 1 Level 2 type person to work day to day ticket, help users with issues, set up computers.
