The Business Analyst will work in a matrix environment and will be responsible for leading a diverse set of technology resources for the duration of a project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting functional requirements for Peoplesoft Developers and testing the resulting enhancements/modifications. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · 8+ year of experience as Business Analyst · Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with business users and stakeholders · Clearly communicate the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case front and center to drive decisions. · Main point of contact with business owners, process owners, application/technology owners · Create and update functional documentation · Day-to-day tracking of project team activities · Status reporting and progress communication to IT management and business partners. Issue and risk identification, mitigation and, if necessary, escalation *Education and Experience:* Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study*.
