Required Skills - Office 365 design and planning experience in environments that are globally dispersed. - Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Active Directory Federated Services for Office 365 Single Sign-On in a multi-forest/multi-domain environment. - Active Directory and Exchange Migration experience - Ability to implement Directory Synchronization for Office 365 - Ability to design, implement, document, and troubleshoot Office 365 - Experience with Skype for Business/Lync in Office 365. - Exchange Online • Cutover Migrations • Staged Migrations • Hybrid Configuration - Proven experience with documenting current and proposed Exchange and AD environments including: • Visio Diagrams • As-Built documents • Recommendations for solutions • Run books - Excellent communication and problem solving skills to make recommendations to clients dealing with various needs. - Prior consulting experience Desired Skills - Experience designing and implementing third party SSO Identity services - Experience with Mobile Device Management integration with Office 365.
