This resource will need to interact with business to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented. This person should be willing to learn new tools and language. *Key Responsibilities* (List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order): 1. Implements, maintains, troubleshoots and resolves problems relating to corporate applications and sites 75% 3. Engages with customers to ensure product is built to meet their needs 10% 4. Identifies and recommends technology opportunities for solving business problems 5% 5.
