Role: Oracle DBA Job Type: Contract Duration: 6-12+ Months Location: Richmond VA Start Date: ASAP The other role I have is Oracle DBA – The Senior Oracle DBA is responsible for managing a large scale environment, supporting all environment builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring. The ideal candidate must have with strong technical, organization, and communication skills. The Candidate is required to perform Oracle, MYSQL and SQL Server database administration activities. • Design logical/physical data modeling of all internally developed databases • Perform database-related performance tuning and optimization to improve the performance of the system • Responsible for all of the server and database security for all environments. Create necessary server and Active Directory groups in order to provide the required access to customers.
