*Location – Aliso Viejo, CA* *Mode of interview: phone then in person * *Manage one or more efforts of company's participation on industry aggregator sites.* *Project Execution and Leadership responsibilities:* - *Consult with Senior Business Management to define the approach, success metrics and scope of each assigned project* - *Develop comprehensive plans, including the work schedule and resources needed to successfully deliver a solution that meets the stated business objectives* - *Own project communication, including effectively summarizing many project activities into succinct and key items for status and progress reporting, and communicating changes in schedule, budget or scope, and issue resolution and decisions* - *Manage scope and rigorously follow change control processes and track changes* - *Manage all aspects of a program/project to execute against the defined plan to deliver the solution, including managing risks and mitigation plans, changes, issue tracking and resolution, decisions, and escalations* - *Motivate and coordinate team members from various internal departments and vendors, and drive solution delivery across multiple work streams to target dates* - *Effectively manage risks, issues and outstanding decisions to rapid closure* - *Follow all aspects of the Life Insurance Division methodology, using standard templates, processes and governance practices* *Required skills:* - *Experience in B2B website projects, especially aggregator sites* - *Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including proactive information dissemination, meeting facilitation and presentations.
