*Phone Hire* *Location: 1001 BRINTON RD* *PITTSBURGH, PA* · *Will be working on a MC400 Claims system* · *Need to have healthcare experience – preferable in the Claims area* * Healthcare Business Analyst Role:* * Mid to Senior level client facing position working with a team of healthcare professionals responsible for the creation and tracking of requirements, solution creation, and User Acceptance Testing based on established standards and existing architecture. Primary Responsibilities: * * Gather and document business requirements Create traceability matrices to track requirements through the design and development Facilitate and/or support project team in resolving issues Work closely with the project team to quickly prototype possible approaches to problems and needs, and help design and implement the final solution Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements Evaluate design solutions objectively Plan and manage multiple assignments of varying scope Lead others through delegation of technical tasks while also completing tasks Support testing, validation and audit of solution Understand how to engineer quality and validation/controls into design Produce and maintain currency of artifacts Participate as a key contributor during User Acceptance Testing* * Qualifications:* * Must have a working knowledge of business processes and IT platforms in several of the following areas: • Strong claims platform experience • Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Lines of Business • Claims, Member, Provider, Finance • Care Management • Billing, Capitation and Commissions • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) • Systems Integration • Datamarts and Portals Ability to recognize revenue generating opportunities Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including ability to interact effectively with external customers * * Job Requirements:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years claims platform experience 5+ years working in healthcare IT or business 2+ years in client facing roles* *Samarth* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *201 620 9700x125* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
