*Summary: **The DevOps Lead Engineer is key member of an agile development
process.  The qualified applicant is responsible for the implementation of
an application’s life cycle- from version control, build, deployment,
configuration management and support.*



*Must be adept to working in a highly fluid environment which includes:
frequent changes to requirements, tactics, strategies, and timelines.
Candidate must also be a self-learner with abilities to quickly absorb new
and emerging technologies.  Other key requirements are effective
communication and collaboration skills - needed when interacting with
various departments such as Application Development, QA, PMO, Operations,
offshore development/QA teams, vendors, and the business.*



*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

·         *Provide primary support to enterprise .NET application
development and QA teams using Agile processes*

·         *Build and maintain code release pipelines to  Dev, QA, Stage and
Production environments*

·         *Build and maintain all lower environments including up to date
build documentation*

·         *Manage all external vendor integrations with the CRM and Digital
systems*

·         *Attend daily SCRUM standup meetings with development teams*

·         *Participate in product design sessions with application and
infrastructure architects*

·         *Participate in an on-call rotation to facilitate production
issue resolution (triage, escalation, root cause analysis, notifications)*



*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·         *Familiarity with coding standards such as MVC, client-side
frameworks (Angular JS/jQuery), asynchronous programming, web sockets
(SignalR), web APIs, SOA, SQL and mobile clients*

·         *Solid understanding of zero-downtime deployments and fast
rollback strategies*

·         *Strong operations background with knowledge of server
virtualization, cloud infrastructure, network protocols, network operating
systems, load-balancing and high availability systems*

·         *In depth experience troubleshooting full stack implementations
from client to backend systems using tools such as Wireshark, SysInternals,
APMs, Log Parsers and Fiddler*
