*Role: Salesforce Administrator*

*Duration: 6 months*

*Location: Milwaukee*

*Work week: Monday through Friday*

*Start: Early August*

*Mode of interview: Phone then probably Skype if needed (or onsite if
already local.)  *

*The selected candidate will be responsible for SFDC customization and
support.  Experience with Service Cloud will be required.  Additional
experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Customer Communities
/Community Cloud would be preferred.  S/he will be working as part of
internal team to support 1200 users, assist with login issues, workflows,
dashboards, security, and issues related to functionality*


*Required Skills:*

*•           3-5+ years progressive Salesforce administration experience*

*•           Experience on Service Cloud projects required. *

*•           AppExchange Experience with products such as: Up2Go, TAS,
Conga, etc.*

*•           Experience supporting 1k+ users*

*•           Skilled in the administration of login issues, layouts,
workflows, reports, dashboards and security*

*Preferred Skills: *

*•           Admin or Advanced Admin SFDC Certification preferred*

*•           HTML/XHTML/XML/CSS experience highly preferred*

*•           Lightning experience highly preferred*

*•           Experience working extensively with the business *

*•           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills *
