They are involved in all phases of a project from discovery to post-implementation support; facilitating collaboration between the business, technology, creative and user experience to ensure a clear understanding of the product. Senior Functional Analysts are typically staffed on large and complex projects or on several smaller projects *Responsibilities:* • Assist in shaping and delivering digital solutions for clients that solve tangible business problems • Lead interviews to define business goals, elicit business requirements and understand business processes • Determine documentation needs and manage the documentation efforts • Define and document business requirements, business process flows and diagrams • Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, CRUX and technology disciplines • Facilitate client decision-making at project team level through formal and informal working sessions and reviews • Review design deliverables for consistency and as a source of requirements • Work with QA to develop testing strategy, identify test cases and participate in UAT • Serve as a subject matter expert for the internal team and provide input into other deliverables as appropriate (e.g. wireframes, design comps, etc.) • Create training materials for train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions • Planning and scoping FA work streams • Assist in planning development tasks and provide development support • Active contributor to internal FA community initiatives • Assist in interviewing FA candidates -- Best Regards, Samarth Mishra sama...@apetan.com 201 620 9700x125 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
