One PM with Office 365 migration experience and one with Migration of Windows/Exchange 2010. Please only send me Project Managers with O365 and/or Windows 2010 migrations.* *Requirements*: - 8 + years of experience in IT implementing and supporting mixed, complex environments and solutions. - Previous experience Leading and Managing complex enterprise level Infrastructure Projects, specifically experience with O365 Cloud and or MS 2010 AD Migrations - A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area is required. An advance degree is highly desirable, particularly an MBA, as well as PMP certification - A firm level of proficiency and technical understanding of applications and systems lifecycle is necessary to fulfill the position responsibilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organization, presentation and documentation abilities, including Visio diagrams and "as-built" documentation. - An understanding of project management methodologies and tools accompanied with creativity and innovative thinking to find solutions to complex problems that can balance short and long-term objectives. - Understanding of change management, process improvement, work flow and organizational analysis. - Successful in creating a compelling, credible business case for information technology initiatives. - Proven experience in project leadership, communications at different levels, conflict resolution, planning, organization and management. - Global perspective.
